What Dreams Are Made Of

Josh Beech's latest editorial for Schon! magazine, shot by Matthew Lyn is set on the streets of Manhattan, and manages to capture the essence and culture from one of the busiest cities in the world.

The Modern Standard

Vogue Hommes Japan released this editorial in their F/W 2010 issue. Where photographer Miguel Reveriego and stylist Shun Watanabe transformed models AJ, Yuri, Danny, Aiden, Marshall and Jules into the modern man.
With the new archetype of the 4D man being introduced, this editorial manages to simply focus on current trends using of the minute models to help communicate their message of 'The Modern Standard'
The variety of white shirts, the bold suits and several modernised versions of the trench are presented with the use of these fresh faces.

LOVE this editorial in the pop by hommestar.
With Jaco @ VNY, shot by Marley Kate and styled by Ian Bradley. Jaco wears a Pamela Love crucifix throughout the shoot.
The shoot captures Jaco's innocence and conveys the feel of someone taking photos of Jaco in his own home with a very relaxed feel. LOVE IT!!

Check out the latest from Ralph Lauren; their extraordinary display on both flagship stores in London and New York 'celebrated 10 years of digital innovation' the stunning performance displayed on the buildings was the first of its kind, and managed to find new heights of digital interaction.

The 'historic fusion of art, fashion and technology' was phenomenal. Hats of to those at Ralph Lauren for reaching new heights in both their marketing and in creating an amazing display.

An Actors Studio

September's issue of Italian GQ, revealed emerging actors in New York City. Shot by Kate Orne and cast by casting director Maurilio Carnino and Jamie Lopez of MTC Casting, the editorial displays raw talent from the streets of one of the most cultured and creative cities in the world.

Walk the line

This 'Walk the Line' inspired editorial in October's issue of GQ featuring Sean @ VNY is stunning.
The storyboard-editorial's inspiration from 'the man in black' is very clear, however the very clever casting keeps it edgy.
Sean oozes the 50s character through his powerful poses and facial expressions meanwhile portraying a story.

Illustrate

Alfonso Gaitan does amazing fashion illustrations, here is an example of his take on Tom Ford's SS '11 collection

Once Upon A Time

LOVE LOVE LOVE this photo of Mathias @ NY Models found in V-Man's archive from Apirl 2010. The 'Once upon a time' editorial was shot by Benjamin Alexander Huseby and styled by Nicola Formichetti.
This is just one of many shots in the editorial, but this is by far my favourite.

The Wall Street Man

V-Man's latest editorial 'A Day on Wall Street'  was shot by Josh Olins and styled by Jay Massacret.
The finiancial cowboys of the 1980s played great inspiration both in this shoot and in menswear styles this season.
